More NFL Moves

More NFL moves detailed right here. Hold your hats as some are very surprising.

The Green Bay Packers released veteran fullback William Henderson. This leaves quarterback Brett Favre to be the only player left of the 1996 Super Bowl championship team. Henderson spent most of last season on the bench, so this might not be all that surprising. Henderson has played in 188 games for the Packers which is fourth all-time for the team. The only players that have played more for the Packers are Brett Favre, Bart Starr and Ray Nitschke.

Baltimore Ravens running back Jamal Lewis has left and signed with the Cleveland Browns. Lewis signed a year one deal. This shall help the Browns tremendously as they were last in the league for rushing in 2006.

The Atlanta Falcons signed cornerback Lewis Sanders. They claim they have yet to come to terms with receiver Joe Horn as previously reported by ESPN.com.

Former New England Patriots tight end Daniel Graham has signed with the Denver Broncos. He agreed to a 5 year deal that includes a $15 million in quaranteed money.

Vetern kicker John Hall was released by the Washington Redskins.

Running back Najeh Davenport has been able to resign with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He will still be Willie Parker's back up.

The New Orleans Saints signed former 49er's tight end Eric Johnson. They come to terms on a one year contract.
