Cowboys Hire Wade Phillips as Head Coach

After interviewing 10 candidates for the vacant Dallas Cowboys head coaching position, Owner Jerry Jones decided on Wade Phillips. This will be Jones' 6th coach since buying the team in 1989.
Phillips will be the 7th coach in Cowboys history. For the past three seasons, Phillips was the San Diego Chargers defensive coordinator. Prior to that position, Phillips was a head coach with a 48-42 overall record. This record culminated over three years with the Buffalo Bills, two with the Denver Broncos, and season-ending interim stints with the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints.
Will the Cowboys prosper under the Phillips' tutelage, or will they go down hill?

The Cowboys will not fare well - Phillips will not last long.
